Her passion is to provide the best services possible to the clients, and serves to support them in achieving their greatest potential. In 2020, she took on her first administrative role as a residential director. She has served a diverse population, providing effective innovative therapy and activities to establish long term recovery for clients. She has been recognized for a high success rate at ACA blocking, creating protocols for client goal setting, and uniting family to support the long term goals of treatment.
Mickey has dedicated nearly 10 years of marketing for various industries with his superior networking, negotiation, and leadership skills. He has over 5 years of management experience including corporate with AT&T. In 2019, he began serving the healthcare industry. He is devoted to establishing promotion and advertising efforts for Acera, to help families and individuals better understand the services we provide. He has strong interpersonal skills, and helps Acera build brand awareness within the behavioral health field. Mickey has helped many individuals find placement in treatment, and will go to any length to make sure they receive the care they deserve.
Ria is a devoted service health care professional with over 7 years of experience in residential services. In 2018, Ria became an administrator with the role of Healthcare Services Director in the Behavioral Health industry. She is an expert in balancing regulatory pressures while maintaining clinical best practices. She has proven to effectively implement policies and procedures while also managing staff expectations and overseeing patient care. She is a strong expert liaison between medical personnel and facility administrators. She maintains compliance requirements and a high standard of quality care for the patients her and her team has served.

Rose is one of our primary therapists, and has experience working with clients with a range of mental health concerns. She is a certified EMDR therapist, with a background in bodywork, her sessions often include integration of techniques to increase mind/body connection. Her skill set includes assessment and screening, psychodynamic psychotherapy, crisis intervention and suicide prevention, and massage therapy. She has worked as a massage therapist instructor for the National Holistic Institute College of Massage Therapy, a crisis counselor for New Hope Crisis Counseling Hotline, and most recently a psychology intern at Chapman University.

In 2017, she began providing consulting services based on her corporate, administrative, HR, operations, hospitality, and compliance experience.
